Thanks for letting us know again.
We've raised problem 73323, there is also a <a href="http://usertools.plus.net/status/archive/1352712627.htm">service status</a>  posted.
I'll update this thread later as soon as it's sorted.

All stats have now been generated.

Why can't webstats be generated 'on demand'?
A user requesting web stats could have the script run on just their web site(s) and the results delivered to them more or less instantly.

To do so would require code changes and then testing to roll that out, currently webstats just simply isn't that much of a priority to push above other items on the development workstack.
