I've just received an email from the PlusNet Abuse Team saying that I have exceeded my webspace limit by a small amount. The webspace page shows the following, and has done so for a considerable number of months, though I have uploaded quite a lot:
Webspace Allocation: 250
Webspace Used: 213MB
85.2%
Webspace Free 37MB
14.8%
I've since deleted 12 MB of data and it's still the same. From this forum it appears that this has been broken for quite a long time. Someone said you could check the usage with the FTP client. Can anyone tell me how I can do this in FileZilla?
