Webspace full - site locked

So, I have the 100 mb of webspace with plusnet.
I know that it isn't something they provide as a matter of course anymore.
I dumped a copy of some web content in my PN space the other day and as a result of it taking me over the 100 mb I got an email saying your webspace is suspended. The site is now reduced to an index page  stating that the space is awaiting de-suspension.

I rang customer services as prompted and they were at a loss as to how the webspace is now admin'd.
I am now partially resigned to the fact that it's borked.
Has anyone any idea of who I need to contact to get it back up and running?
Yes I do host elsewhere now, but I wanted to keep a couple of pages on there as a safety backup.

What is the site URL? I'll ask someone to look into this and unsuspend/unarchive it for you.

Hey @IanEdmundson,

I have got this raised with our NetOps team, so we can take a look at removing the block. It normally takes up to 5 working days for these requests to be actioned. Once I have some news, I will send an email to the account

I just received word that they have now removed the block I have also sent an email to the account.

I still don't have permission to upload any pages.
I have cleared a lot of stuff out but can't upload or update anything on there.

It appears to have unlocked itself now. but the connection is very spotty and it doesn't like me uploading and updating the index page - I will keep an eye on it for the next day or so and advise.

Huh I just got notification that the block was removed I am in tomorrow it could take some time if it’s still not going to let you tomorrow drop a message on this thread and I will get it raised

I have been checking the uploads and when I try to upload it still tells me that there is a permissions problem.

Has all this been migrated to Greenby now?
Perhaps they would know what to do with it?
