On Sunday 28th, I uploaded some files without realising I had gone over my limit, until I received an email from the Plusnet Abuse Team.
As insructed I raised a ticket (#132604644) on Monday morning and my website was restored on Wednesday afternoon. Unfortunately I did not get an update telling me this had been done, and my webspace was promoptly archved again on Thursday morning and another an from the Plusnet Abuse Team.
I updated the ticket on Thurday explaining the situation, but I'm still waiting for my webspace to be restored. I'm still waiting for something to happen. Can someone please have a look.
Thanks.

No problem, I've replied to the ticket with the same too.

Hi Chris,
I deleted quite a lot of content yesterday, which I think brought me back down to ~50MB, but my webspace usage is still showing as over quota.
When and how often does this update?
Is there an easy way to tell how much space is being used?
Thanks.

the way I do it is to have a complete backup on my PC (for security reasons) and check the size of that

Thanks.
I'll look at doing that when I get home tonight.
