Hi there,
I am trying to access website freedisc.pl for a week now.
I discovered upon checking via blocked websites that this site may be blocked by BT-Strict due to its contents (file sharing).
Can you please advise how to unlock?
I attached the print screen.
Not a Happy Customer
Monica

As it's a file locker hosting copyright material then this may well be the case.

If?
Now, does it allow the Customer to terminate their contract and go elsewhere?

@moniczek - Simple answer - NO. If it is a court order, that is not a valid reason.
In any case, that order would apply to most, if not all, ISPs

So it is a Court Order or not? Talk Talk still allows to open the site.

Very likely - but in this country, legal rulings are only applicable to the individuals/entities named in them, so if TalkTalk weren't it would not apply to them, but it is still not an 'escape clause', as it is outside, in this case, Plusnets, control.
