Hi there.
I have seen the post https://community.plus.net/t5/Everything-else/Safeguard-blocks-our-business-website/td-p/1411899/pag... which is my exact problem but can't see any way to post on that topic for my own problem so making a post here.
It seems that @bobpullen is the one to fix it, so @'ing you here so you can see this.
Our website "http://learning.themix.org.uk" is being blocked (see attachment). It's a log in to our (The Mix - charity to support under 25s) e-learning platform so clearly doesn't have any pornographic content.
Could you please unblock it?

I can see your site - but note that it's plain http, so maybe it needs to be https?
I don't use safeguard, though.
My browser is blocking your tracker - platform.twitter.com and also blocking your tracking cookies.
Also blocked is the google-analytics stuff.
You should re-consider whether you should be tracking people to this extent and asking for passwords on an unencrypted site.
Check out whether you have good data protection in place, especially as you target young people.
BTW Have you tried https://www.themix.org.uk/ ?
Still suffers from the tracking problems - but at least its apparently secure.

Hi @VileReynard , thank you so much for your astute observations. I work for "The Mix" and I am fully aware of the situation, I'm just trying to get one of the tools we use (and do not own) to be unblocked for wrongful categorisation by Plusnet.
As mentioned in my original post, if @bobpullen could do the same magic unblocking (as per the other thread I referenced) that would be great.
Thank you.

@skylights, thanks for highlighting.
Leave it with me and I'll see if I can get the classification corrected...

@skylights, do you know if things are any better now? The categorisation should have been changed.
