Website allowance changed

Hi,
Up to a few months back I used to be on the old 'Premier 1' product and had a webspace allowance of 250mb, but I'm now on PlusNet Extra and I have just discovered that the allowance is 100mb.
Currently my webspace has been removed as it's over the allowance (that's how I found out the change), but when/if it gets re-instated can the 250mb allowance return ?

Also I saw another yesterday that I can't find at the moment - it was because of the account being changed through the portal rather than manually by one of the comms team.

Yup, just come across some of those....  Hopefully it will be a quick change and I'll be back at 250mb

I raised a problem about this earlier today (ref: 63339).
Consequently, I reckon I've now fixed the underlying issue so it /shouldn't/ happen again.
@stallan, I've restored access to your website, increased your storage allowance and sent your support ticket back to you.
