Am using software from Incomedia WebsiteX5 to create a website but am really struggling to get it to export to my Plus Net Webspace. It asks for FTP Address - I have tried to use ftp.plus.net - Also asks for my username and password so I use my Plusnet username and Plusnet password. It then says "Unable to connect to server Please check with you Internet Provider - any thoughts???

Does this help? http://www.plus.net/support/hosting/webspace/webspace_details.shtml
You could also try saving the work locally and uploading using a different FTP client. Try Filezilla, for example

Also make sure you use the username and password as you would to log into the website, rather than as you'd put in your router - if you put the connection realm on the end of the username (i.e. username@plusdsl.net) it won't work.
Hope that helps,
