The FTP server address you need is www.users.freenetname.co.uk
Your username is the same as the one you use to log into the Madasafish website (minus the '@freenetname.co.uk' bit).
Your password is your regular Freenetname account password.
I've checked things from this side and those details seem to be working:
~$ ftp www.users.freenetname.co.uk
Connected to www.users.freenetname.co.uk.
220 ProFTPD Server [freenetname.co.uk]

Using binary mode to transfer files.

This points at the 'public_html' folder on your webspace (which you don't seem to have). I've created that folder now and placed a test file in there which you should be able to browse to.
Hopefully you can work things out from there?
* Edit: Alternatively you can also use your .co.uk domain without the trailing slash/username etc.

Many thanks once again
Copying and pasting from your post, using my user name, I get "This web site belongs to a customer of Madasafish and is currently not in use. If you are the owner of this siteand you would like help on how to load information ..."
Using my domain name http://www.austerfield.org.uk doesn't produce anything

If I browse to your domain name, I see the attached (which is the file I put there).
Same applies browsing to the ~username variant.

Yes, I can see your folder when in my FTP client
T
But am still unable to access using either Internet Explorer or Mozilla on both log on - Freenetname users or www.austerfield
Something appears most odd - is it my end or in the server?
Regards
Brian

If I go through Google I can find the site OK
However if I simply enter http://www.austerfield.org.uk I am directed to a site under Brian Austerfield heading Curriculum Vitae which says the site is the page is not in use
Obviously other persons entering http://www.austerfield.org.uk would also be directed to the same site - can this be deleted?
Regards
Brian
However all I can see through Google is Bob's comment "it works"
