I'm looking to clear down the webpages of an old domain registered via Plusnet.
It is years since I've touched the site. All guidance on uploading, replacing and deleting such appears to have disappeared from the customer-facing Plusnet website.
Does anyone have the information that used to be there?
(aside - This is the screen I get when I log into that rather ancient account.)
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Does the direct link here work for you?

Which server/address is the target for the FTP connection?

I've managed to log into the webspace.
However it isn't the same password that is associated with the account when I log into the web interface. Acessing the homepages It is the password that the account used to have.
I'm not so sure that some security at PN towers is as robust as it could be.
There's obviously a 'disconnect' that has happened?

I've managed to navigate clearing the website, despite the mis-match between the account passwords (just as well I keep records, eh?)
Thx to Gandalf for the direct link that wasn't available when I logged into PN's webspace.
(For Gandalf's amusement. That old account name has a connection to Anoush's nom de plume.)
Onward. Now to dis-entangle the domain associated with that old account.
