ABOUT US.
Our reputation is based on excellence, for the services we provide, from our point-of-view anything less is unacceptable. We are a relatively young organisation, having been established since 2003 however, our experience dates back some 26 years, covering property of all types along with differing methods of construction, from the late 16th century to present day.
We believe in treating each client as an individual with individual needs and will afford each one the time they require to enable them to make the right decision for themselves. We see our role as a facilitator of information, that is all the information appertaining to a property, that through our investigations with each property, we log and correlate, we pass on to our client in report form. We do not subscribe to the point-of-view that certain information may be withheld or at least overlooked as it could have a negative affect on the client's decision making process. It is our contention that only in this way is it possible for our client to make a balanced and objective decision regarding one of the most important decisions he/she will have to make in their life. Whilst we fully accept there are those who do not embrace this open approach, from our client's point-of-view, it is one of the aspects of this organisation that makes us stand out from the crowd.
