Hi,
i need help, is there somebody who could help me solve a web page display problem. i have built a web site which displays the pages as they should be on the computer the site was created on, when these pages are called up on another computer they display shy of the screen width; there is a border or margin on the right hand side of the screen of some 15-20mm, i can't seem to find the problem, if anybody is able to point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.

In simple terms you have the site set as fixed width when you should have tables etc set to 100%. there are a lot of pics missing like http://www.lowcost.plus.com/L-CHS-Home_files/image002.gif and this page all are missing http://www.lowcost.plus.com/L-CHS-D.I.Y%20Questions%20%26%20Answers.htm
The code on the page is massive and could be cut by 50% if done properly.
You may find it better to simply set everything as centered and leave it as it is this would make it look a lot better with a nice border all round.
The problem with making anything 100% is it can look bad at high res

not sure where or what you are referring to, the url you referred to is not my website address, and as far as i am aware all the pages are in tact. i have tried setting everything to % has made no difference, the border margin remains to the right hand side of screen.

ABOUT US.
Our reputation is based on excellence, for the services we provide, from our point-of-view anything less is unacceptable. We are a relatively young organisation, having been established since 2003 however, our experience dates back some 26 years, covering property of all types along with differing methods of construction, from the late 16th century to present day.
We believe in treating each client as an individual with individual needs and will afford each one the time they require to enable them to make the right decision for themselves. We see our role as a facilitator of information, that is all the information appertaining to a property, that through our investigations with each property, we log and correlate, we pass on to our client in report form. We do not subscribe to the point-of-view that certain information may be withheld or at least overlooked as it could have a negative affect on the client's decision making process. It is our contention that only in this way is it possible for our client to make a balanced and objective decision regarding one of the most important decisions he/she will have to make in their life. Whilst we fully accept there are those who do not embrace this open approach, from our client's point-of-view, it is one of the aspects of this organisation that makes us stand out from the crowd. This being reflected in a letter received from a client, which may be seen by clicking Testimonials here or at the bottom of this page.
