I was browsing through the forum regarding the ongoing email issues and up popped a box asking for feedback.
I dutifully filled it in and submitted, only for it to be 'rejected' with:
I don't see the point of asking and then rejecting (was it too unfavourable)? And not aware that I'd responded.
It's built into the system to stop one person from overly influencing the results. I'm sorry that you were offered the survey multiple times.
I can assure you that we do not reject feedback because of any opinion expressed in it. In the same manner that we don't go around these forums deleting negative customer comments.
