...... as some here will know mine, with it's below 1Mb/s download speed has been a problem since the beginning of last March so I'm glad I'm not stuck in a capsule trying to get back to earth while plusnet gets it sorted out with British Telecom - but here's the thing, why do plusnet keep trying to charge me full rental for a line we all know has a fault on it?
Happy enough it seems to refund by broadband fee but not that line rental.
