Want to closedown my old ic24 website

Hi,

I have a free ic24 email account and and old website, both of which I would like to closedown.

I can cease using the email account of course.

But I am unable to ftp to my freespace to 'closedown' my old website - is there any way I can get rid of this?

I am unable to ftp to it using the 'madasafish' advice on this page either:

I can arrange for your account to be cancelled entirely, or just an aspect of the services removed.
