WP>Pointing a new domain to the CCGi space & replace the URL from CCGi space

1) Installed my wordpress in "http://ccgi.username.plus.com/wordpress"
2) Copyed the "index.php" & ".htaccess" to "http://ccgi.username.plus.com/"
3) Bought a domain "easydomain.com"

Want all URL for "ccgi.username.plus.com" to be replaced with "easydomain.com".

How could I achieve that without transfering the bought domain into PlusNet for hosting?

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
p.s. I have tried to amend the "Blog address" in Wordpress Admin Panel (/Options/General) from
"http://ccgi.username.plus.com"
to
"http://easydomain.com"
But it causes redirection loop. And the message on Firefox told me:
Quote
The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

What could I do?

Your only option is to transfer the hosting (not the registration - that can stay where it is as it will be cheaper to renew) to your PN account then set-up DNS records to point it to your ccgi webspace. If PNs DNS servers do not know about the domain you cannot point it to your ccgi webspace.
See the help & support pages for what to do to host the domain on your accunt.
See this tutorial for setting up the DNS entries to point it to your ccgi webspace.

I guess I don't have to pay for transfering domain hosting cos I hold a Broadband Your Way Pro account with PlusNet.
But what if I am not with PlusNet Broadband anymore in the far far unknown future?

It depends who your domain is registered with and if the new ISP offers free hosting only on your account.
i.e. if the new ISP offers free hosting, then you would just have to transfer the hosting to them and change the nameservers with the registration company.
If the new ISP does not offer free hosting then there is most likely facilities with the reg co to host there and grab the website from the servers of the ISP but still display your domain name to the end user. If you see what I mean.
