VPN Not working

Hello,

 

 

I have an issue connecting to my works vpn. It is incredibly slow and does not allow me to use webpages or DB services. 

 

I am currently using Pulse VPN. I have tried clamping and forwarding. I was going to try changing MTU but this is not supported on the stock Plusnet router.

 

All other non VPN sites work fine. 

 

I was hoping to try the suggestion on the URL:

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @alexisesmee, I'm sorry that you're having issues with your VPN,

 

If you haven't already, can you please try the steps mentioned on this thread here; I would also recommend speaking with your works IT department about this and the issues experienced.

Thanks for the reply. I actually work in our IT department so shall have another word with the head of Infrastructure and the analyst dealing with the issue.
