I have a Cisco anyconnect that I use to access services at work. it establishes fine but the down-link speeds are non existent. Lots of other VPN issues on the Forum but no restitution other via @bobpullen. Tried to talk to the service desk so they could investigate and was met via a very odd response of we don't support VPNs which I checked when I subscribed. All I would like is someone to say that we will have a look to resolve the issue or that we can't support my traffic (which is VPN) and I will look to another way of accessing my work other than a 4 hour drive there and back.
so Bob if your out there please have a look at any routing issues on plusnet network.
