VLAN on a Bridge Modem

Hi,
I have been using a BT OpenReach Modem along with a Router.
I aws told by Plusnet that my BT OpenReach Modem is faulty & they have sent me their own, which is not much use as it can not act as a Modem only.
I have had to buy a third part device.
I am having problems setting it up. The manufacturer's support says I need to ask Plusnet for their "VLan ID".
I have 3 or 4 times called Plusnet's Support.
Each time I was given a different answer, even after they put me on hold for 20 minutes so ask a supervisor.
Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks.
M

Re: VLAN on a Bridge Modem

@maxr1 You need the VLAN ID set to 101

Hope that helps
