Username password incorrect

Hi there,
Just tryign to access my webspace via FTP, keeps coming back that my user name or password is incorect, could someone check it is activated please?

To connect to your webspace, just use jovetic as your username. (Password is the normal one)
Should work then.

I'm getting the same error when trying to connect to your FTP space from here, I've given things a kick. If you try again in 4 hours or so it should be working fine.

You were of course remembering not to add the @plusdsl.net after the username when you tested weren't you Chris..

LMAO as i read your last post my son was watching cartoons.  At the exact point i finsihed reading it a character on his cartoon shouted "What a pleasant coincidense"  It was a "you had to be here moment" lol

As your account isn't "live" yet, is it supposed to be possible to access your FTP site?
Also, is it possible to FTP from your current Virgin connection?

Barry, I know you can FTP in from other connections, Ive just tried it with my space, and I can get past UN/PW just fine!
I reckon a good candidate is the account not being live, its the logical option

Sorry guys, i know it may seem i being impatient.  I am just going from what it said when activating the account "allow 24 hours for your ftp access" and now it works.  I know BB can take a while, and im not without and wouldnt mind waiting till new year as from what i can see hear it is the ideal form of customer services, its very personal and you can contact people directly.  Im just not used to it, and love it, and am abusing a little like a child with a new toy.  It will stop. Sorry.  But i have access now, it works fine and i can upload to it.
