Does anyone know what the retention policy is for Plusnet Newsgroups please

Are you talking about the groups like plusnet.service.customer-feedback or all the other text only groups that the plusnet servers carry?

If it is the former it is probably a waste of your time as they have stopped posting service status to the newsgroups.
