Usage page shows a 404

Hi

Is the usage page still available as it goes to 404 page not found.

I can confirm the usage page has now been retired for customers on our Unlimited products.

Ok but it would be nice if you removed the links.

On top of that 404 is used for an error not a planned page.

Why not land on a page with an explanation which would have saved you and me the time wasted on this thread.

It is not important just annoying.Wink

I'm sure it would be useful if you said where it is being linked from.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Where's that link from?  It looks to be pretty old, as Plusnet haven't used portal.plus.net for quite a while now.  It doesn't seem to be linked from the members centre as that.

This seems to be a customer service downgrade. It might not be often but for multiple reasons it can be useful or even important to know what usage has been made even if it is an unlimited service. This facility need to be reinstated.

1. Login to your account.

2. Click on the "Phone" icon.

3. From the "Phone" page, click on the "Broadband" icon.

4. You'll be redirected to the old page with the broken link:

This doesn't happen if we access the "Broadband" page from https://portal.plus.net/member-centre/home . If I had to guess, the "Phone" page still uses an old template or wasn't updated correctly. I haven't tested other pages.

 

This same menu is broken on the "TV" page:

I would suggest that someone at Plusnet logged in with a customer account and checked the main pages for errors. Or maybe a proper clean up to remove old files and a check to find 404 errors.

The "Phone" page mistake is understandable as you need to click on it to notice the problem, but the "TV" page is clearly broken.
