Urgent help needed! Domain Name Renewal - Freenetname / Madasafish

Hi there, I am in the same position as many other freenetname / madasafish domain owners my domain registration has not automatically renewed this year.

It has been happily renewing automatically for many years previously. Domain is gibson-family.co.uk

I have been using this for many years now so really want to hold on to it..

I have just spoken to spoke to Plusnet and they were unable to assist over the phone and recommended that I make a request on this forum for assistance (as several others have).

I would very much appreciate it some-one who previously help others could help me too.
