Uploading a file to share using PN webspace

I don't do this very often and the last time was a year ago using CuteFTP.
The free trial has expired so I am looking for the easiest (free) way to upload a 60MB file to my PlusNet webspace.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I too use the FireFTP extension but if you're looking for a standalone client then you can't go far wrong with Filezilla.

Thanks for the quick replies.
I found references to FileZilla in the webspace help pages so have downloaded that and uploading the file as I type.
Hopefully all will be OK
