Upgrading for existing users

Hi,

Been a Plusnet customer for quite some time now.  I'm considering upgrading to Fibre.  I'm not sure why but all offers appear to be for 'brand new customers only'  What are my options as a pre-existing user?

I would suggest speak to them, I have found that Plusnet will aways listen to you and make you an offer re renewing contracts
