Hi, my website's been up and running for a year or so with no problems however now need to make a small change.

http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,65013.0.html, I'm unable to login to my PlusNet webspace via ftp - no problem with logging on to the member centre using same details.
Not logged onto the ftp server for a few months - using CoffeeCup FTP as per previous updates but consistently returns username/password incorrect. Also tried CuteFTP and through IE7 with the same error. Double-checked (and more..) the ftp settings and seem to be OK.
Can an admin "kick" my webspace in a similar fashion as this seemed to resolve the issue for greyhound in the thread above!
