wondering how to get any help from Plusnet. Put 3 questions on my account posted 3 days ago and no response. Can't get through on the phone. Just tells me they're very busy and drops the line.
I need to point my domain to a new website hosted elsewhere. I presume all I can do is ask support to do it via a question...which they don't answer
I am experiencing similar issues with trying to talk to someone about an account query. Phone line they are busy try later, chat is offline and plusnet help on twitter never gets an replies. If I can find out how to get in touch wil let you know.
