For the last couple of weeks, when connected to the VPN (LiquidVPN), the internet connection randomly drops out. Through the Forum, I am aware of potential issues surrounding some VPN clients and certain allocated IPs - including my IP which started with 146. I have therefore today spoken with the tech. department and they have changed my dynamic IP to a static IP for the usual £5 fee. My IP now starts with 31. It hasn't worked. The internet connection still randomly drops out every 10 minutes or so. I have tried re-installing the VPN to no avail. PlusNet has worked perfectly with my VPN until the last few weeks which seems to have coincided with renewing our contract for a further 18 months as we have, until now, been delighted with the service. I would appreciate assistance with resolving this please.
