I am unable to access the renntech.org forum (its a Porsche enthusiasts forum) as the Plusnet DNS will not resolve on devices connected via Plusnet connection. If I switch my phone to its mobile connection there are no issues. I similarly have no issues via a Sky broadband connection.
I attempted to get hep via online chat but the only "solution" offered was to do a hard reset on the router (and lose all the custom settings) as if that is going to solve a DNS issue that is clearly related to Plusnet DNS. When I asked whether a hard reset would fix the problem, the "agent" terminated the chat!
Sadly I have a Plusnet One hub and this does not allow configuration of the DNS used; you are stuck with using the Plusnet DNS which is plainly junk.
Has anyone else encountered these issues? Anyone have a fix?
