Unable to connect to Plusnet Website / Mail Server via Vodafone mobile

I have not had any plusnet email today on my Vodafone mobile and if I try to browse to www.plus.net I get a This Site Cannot Be reached message.  If I use my Plusnet mobile, it is OK.  Are Plusnet on some kind of blacklist at the moment?

Email not working with Plusnet mobile either.  I can send but not receive.  Plusnet mobile can browse the plusnet website but can't pick up my mail.

Another update:  Plusnet mobile has decided it can now read my plusnet email

Still not working via Vodafone
