Unable to answer Question #142300455 on my account

I received an email yesterday from PlusNet advising me that they had opened the above question to 'track an issue on your account.'

It then states 'you can follow the progress of this Question online and add information if you need to.'

Problem is, the question appears to have already been closed, so there is no option to add information, which is of course precisely what I want to do!

Please can someone re-open it, or advise how I am supposed to be able to respond?

you could try webchat, they may be able to re-open.

Some "questions" that get that are more messages to users seem to close straight away.

If you are having an ongoing broadband issue we might be able to help depending if there are any staff on this evening they may be able to help first thought with the specifics of the question.

Thanks for taking the trouble to reply - it's an issue about charging rather than a fault, I'll find a way round it but clearly it's quite annoying to be 'invited' to respond to a ticket which is already closed!
