On my connection unable to vpn into the office through the plusnet router.
Using standard Windows VPN connection setup. With configuration vpntype
L2TP/IPSec with pre-shared Key.
KEy is correct and username and password triple verified
When connecting the connection just sits for long time and times out or gives connection error
Have set the fixed port on VPN settings in the advance settings and has made no difference. Can anyone assist
