It looks like there have been various changes to the DNS for the domain on the 16th.  I don't know if they are related.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

We eventually managed to get in contact with the security team at BT, and the issue got resolved. 😌

 

Could I or a mod delete/close/archive this thread?

Threads are only deleted if found to be offensive and there’s no sense of threads being closed.  They simply remain as is.

If there’s advice which directed you to a resolution YOU can mark that as “THIS is what fixed it” for you.
