Twitch streaming via PS4

Hi all

I am experiencing a lot of lag when streaming to twitch through my console, making the game unplayable.

My router runs off an extension from the master socket in the hall into the living room, where it is connected via ethernet to my PS4, typically achieving 40mb down and 5mb up.

Can anyone advise why it is so poor when I stream? I have tried the lowest quality setting on PS4 but it makes no difference.

Hi there, I've just been running some line tests for you and we're not seeing any obvious issues. 

It would be a good idea to take the extension out of the equation if you can to see if that makes any difference to the issue.
