Trying to transfer a domain from Madasafish

Hi

I'm trying to transfer my domain name from Madasafish to One.com, I have followed the procedure on 'My Account'; entered the tag for One.com, paid the £25.54 fee to Madasafish on 16/09/17, received an email confirmation from Madasafish (Email ref EB316), my email addresses associated with the domain (hosted by Madasafish) have now stopped working and yet no progress on the Tag being updated and therefore no chance for my new host to access the domain name.

There is no way to raise a ticket on the Madasafish website and the PlusNet help line has enourmous queues.

Please help!

Can I just confirm that one.com's IPS Tag is TJNF-DK?

That certainly looks familiar, I'm afraid I can't check it now as Madasafish won't let me back to that page as my transfer is being processed. On the drop down box for new ISP tag selection on the madasafish transfer page, it did say "one.com" in the detail after the tag.
