Hi

Hope someone from plusnet is reading these

Raised a ticket last Friday to get the IPS tag changed on one of my domains so I can transfer it out, was told it would take 24-48 hours - 1 week later and still nothing has happened

Come on guys it's surely not that hard to do is it
