Transfer to EE - question

I obviously understand that if I want to keep my landline following the switch to full fibre then I will need to transfer my account to EE or set up a separate VOIP service. Quite why Plusnet can't continue to provide a landline when other ISPs can is beyond me, it is godawful treatment of loyal customers.

My question though is as follows:

Plusnet host my domain name and webspace, will I lose both in a transfer to EE ?

Yes, you lose all add ons if you leave PN.

PN is the basic value brand of the BT group. They offer (or will be offering) no add ons at all when things shake out.

Bang goes my referral discounts as well I suppose. What a great way to treat a customer  of 27 years standing - not!

I would look at independant VOIP suppliers to see if you can find one that suits your needs. Plentry of advice on here on the subject.

@CMOTD

I recall, as you may do, that at one time you could continue to have your referrals paid even after leaving PN.
