Transfer away from Plusnet/Freenetname

I've been on Freenetname/Plusnet webhosting/email for yonks but am going to have to move given the ongoing and interminable problems with emails to Hotmail and Outlook being rejected.  I've opened a new account with Mythic Beasts but can someone point me in the right direction as to how to complete the transfer?  Much appreciated.

@tactifer if you have your own domain hosted by Plusnet , then you just ask here for the domain registration to be transferred to Mythic beasts. A staff member will ask for the details by PM
