Transfer Domain inwards

I am trying to transfer my domain name inwards to plusnet, but am having trouble with the online form.
I keep getting a message come up that there is a problem with my details and to enter a name or company name as the registrant. There is nowhere to enter a name other than the box at the bottom of the form which does not work.
Any help please!

As far as I know that box can be quite particular and only likes a single one word name to be entered. I'd advise raising a ticket and replying back here with the ticket ID and I'll pick that up for you.

Why? Doing a full transfer of the domain to Plusnet is much more expensive than keeping the registration elsewhere and just hosting the domain on Plusnet.
