Totalise/freenetname Domain transfer out process

Hi,

I have an ancient and many-time migrated domain with email service originally provided by freenetname. I dont have a username for the Plusnet customer support portal. I would like to migrate the domain and email service to another provider, I've not decided which yet, and I would like to know what steps I need to take to achieve this.

You can migrate your domain to another provider but not your Freenetname email address as that’ll belong to Plusnet who bought out Madasafish. 

If you’ve got a .co.uk domain you’ll just need to give them the IPSTAG of your new provider and they’ll arrange the transfer but if you’ve got a .com domain I’ll believe they’ll need to give you what’s known as an EPP code
