Time for domain to be reattached to mail server

Hello, we recently cancelled a transfer out from Plusnet to a different provider of the .co.uk version of our website (jga-group.co.uk)
I wanted to know how long it will take for the domain to return to our plusnet account as we our currently unable to send or receive emails due to the domain being disconnected from your mail server.
I have been given an estimate of 10am tomorrow I had been previously been assured that the cancellation had gone through but only found out today it had not!  so I want to ensure that our access to your mail service is returned quickly
