Time for domain tag change

Hi

Really missing ticket system as no idea where in the system things are now.  How long does it take for PN to change the tag on a domain?  A real nuisance I can't do it myself 😞

Are you wanting to transfer the Domain out?

Once you obtain the new IPS Tag and we receive the required info, the domain can then be transferred to the new host; a process which can take up to 72 hours. This is in an addition to the up to 7 calendar day lead time for the IPS Tag to be accepted.
