Ticket opened via phone without progress

Back on April 5th, I called into the support team and Question 213061599 was opened, but no updates to the ticket have been made since. I simply wish to remove one domain from Plusnet's management; changes to DNS servers and relevant DNS records at the external registrar have already been made.

That's worrying to read since I'm in a similar boat...

 

What's the domain extension?
