Hello,
I have contact Plusnet Business to check if I need to be on Business package to be able to change my PTR, I have been advised that there is no need to change from Residential and to simply create a ticket providing my required PTR domain however I am not able to find anywhere to create a ticket.
The agent I spoke to on the telephone was also unable to load the backend of the site to direct me where to go so looks like PN is having some issues.
Can someone please assist me with either creating a ticket or the updating of the PTR itself.
