The requested URL was rejected

A link on my web site (which used to work fine)  has started failing with the following error message
[tt]The requested URL was rejected. If you think this is an error, please contact the webmaster.
Your support ID is: 70357972616389479[/tt]
There is nothing wrong with the URL - if I type it in to the address bar I can go there no problem.
I have tried changing the URL behind the link and get the same error, so I guess it may be something in the program code that is causing the error.
Has anyone any ideas what this might be?

This sounds like a corrupted cookie in your browser. You could try removing all cookies relating to the linked site from your browser, then try again.

Have you confirmed that you see this issue on more than one PC?

Re: The requested URL was rejected

Fairly certain I saw something of this nature recently and we had to refer it to Hostopia. Smells like some sort or server-side security to me. If you don't find the answer, then raise a support ticket and we'll take a look.

Re: The requested URL was rejected

I raised a ticket as suggested but it got me nowhere. Response was that it must be a coding problem and Plusnet don't help with code.
The link used to work and I have not made any changes to the code, so something must have changed on the host to cause the problem. I'm not sure exactly when it started going wrong since this is a web page I access infrequently but I do know it was working OK back in Februrary.
Any ideas anyone?

Send a PM with the ticket number to Bob to ask him to take a look

Hi there,
Are you still able to replicate the problem? I've received a message from Hostopia to say that they've made some changes that should have improved the situation.
