Switct to ee

Hi I am quite deaf and cannot do this by fone but am happy to deal with you via email or text, sorry.
My name is Stephen <removed> and my user name is <removed>.
Currently have my broadband and landline with Plusnet, along with 2 sim only deals with ee.
Yesterday I decided to transfer bb and landline to ee for the digital switch.
I completed the online forms, chose packages and extras etc and was told how much my monthly charges would be and how much I need to pay upfront for the extras.

Since then I have had no communication from anyone, I expected at least a confirmation email but nothing.
I now dont know if my request went through, what I need to do and am reluctant to apply again until I know whats happening.
I would call if I could and appologise if this makes it difficult.
If you can, please will you check this for me and let me know a- if it was recieved and b- what if anything I need to do to resolve this.
Thanks
Steve.

Re: Switct to ee

Sorry, realised too late, getting frustrated with the difficulty of contacting pn to something THEY told me I had to do!
Considering looking at other options despite being with pn since they were f9 in Sheffield.
