Switching to Plusnet

I am considering switching my broadband and phoneline over to Plusnet. My problem is that at the moment my current broadband account is in my name and the current phoneline account is in another family members name. Would this casue a problem if I wanted to switch them both over to Plusnet under one account name?

Obviously, we both agree we want to switch and consolidate the two accounts.

Hi there.

It wouldn't cause any issues at all as long as you have the consent from the other family member.

When we place the orders both services would swap on the same day as well.
