Still in need of help, can't upload fp with fromtpage.

I asked this on the old forum but didn't get a working answer..
Can anyone help me with frontpage?

I made a form that would mail me back the answers. it needs to go in a fp enabled folder which i activated a few days back.

I understand the frontpage stuff should go in fp.username.plus.com but how do you make frontpage upload to this space?

If i change the option to Frontpage or sharepoint it won't open (OK button does nothing) when i use fp.theblue.plus.com

Am in the wong section on frontpage?

the instructions on plus.net are for an older version of frontpage and my FILE>PUBLISH SITE comes up with the box in the picture.
please help

just noticed my copy (2003) says publish site under the file option not publish web like in the walkthrough guide.
Make any difference? am i getting this wrapped around my head?

It looks like the remote web location is incorrect, for frontpage this should be fp.username.plus.com
