Static IP not static after house move

Hi there. Have a planet static. Moved house on Friday and all was good.

Noticed this morning the connection had a different IP after I briefly cut the power. I’ve reconnected my router a few times and it’s getting a dynamic IP each time now.

Presumably nothing I can do this end - and so I need to speak to Plusnet support tomorrow?

@eludlow123 Speaking to support may get you somewhere - IF you get an agent that knows what a static IP is.
