Static IP address

Hi.

I used to have a static IP address before I changed to full fibre. Should the static address service have come with me when I moved or is it different on the FF packages?

It should - you will need a PN staff member to sort this.

Hi Chris,

Your static IP is fine, but your router's not authenticating correctly, which is causing it to be assigned a dynamic IP. 

Please could you private message me the serial number and the last 4 digits of the MAC from the label on the router? 

With that, I should be able to sort things.
