Static IP address reveals my name

I recently enabled static IP on my account and an IP address check now shows my full name as the hostname eg. {myname}.plus.com.

Please can this be anonymised?  It's not information I want publicly attached to my static IP. I tried the online chat (not live) and resorted to a call to tech support (voicemail)...

There's a wizard in the Help Assistant to request this - log in to your account then go to https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=wizard&page=22425&wizard_id=38

The narrative says:

Changing Reverse DNS configuration
We can change your reverse DNS if you wish;

Alternative Reverse DNS options
The available rDNS configurations are:
username.plus.com (Default setting)
your-static-ip.plus.com (ie 212-159-0-2.plus.com)
any-host-name.domain.co.uk*
domain.co.uk*

There's a small freeform entry box further down the page to request your choice then click the "Send your question" button to submit it.

When I did it I seem to remember it took a day or maybe two to process.

Thanks Tibzor; I'm not sure whether I do need to go in and do something through the wizard or leave it to your technical team?

In terms of format I'd be happy with {My static IP}.plus.com; let me know if there's anything I need to do my end or leave it with you...

Task was already raised by me yesterday so you don't need to raise ticket through wizard or do anything else.

Once I will receive confirmation that task was completed I will send you a message.
